Self-exclusion means stopping betting or gambling for a set time. Self-exclusion can be temporary or permanent. By requesting self-exclusion, you agree to the following terms:

  • Self-exclusion is effective from the minute you receive a confirmation email.
  • Requests via Chat will not be actioned; use the customer support email.
  • An email request for account closure initiates a 24-hour cooling-off period.
  • After the cooling-off period, a customer support agent will inform you of available self-exclusion periods (1 week, 1 month, 6 months, permanent).
  • No variation of these periods is allowed.
  • To proceed, an email response is required. If no response is received within 24 hours, the account will be reopened.
  • Permanent self-exclusion is indefinite.
  • You cannot leave any balance in your account during self-exclusion.
  • Access to the account for withdrawals is not possible during self-exclusion.
  • Active bets will use the Cash Out function at the point of self-exclusion confirmation.
  • No bets will be reinstated after self-exclusion.
  • No benefits, bonuses, or reloads during self-exclusion.
  • Self-exclusion is irreversible until the period ends.
  • We will take reasonable steps to prevent gambling during self-exclusion, but are not liable if you open new accounts or use undisclosed accounts.

After self-exclusion, you should not attempt to:

  • Deposit or place wagers on excluded accounts
  • Open new accounts during self-exclusion

If new accounts are opened during self-exclusion, we will close them upon detection. Our responsibility is to take reasonable steps to prevent gambling; it is also the customer’s responsibility to adhere to these terms.

If you breach self-exclusion, we may terminate or void wagers and take other appropriate actions. Any attempts to disguise the source of your accounts may lead to further actions. Once self-exclusion ends, your account will reopen automatically, and you will receive an email confirmation.
